"S-0507NA-NT" dining chair designed by Tadaomi Mizunoe.
This chair was designed in 1954 for reading use at the Kanagawa Prefectural Library, and was later released as a standard product.
It is said that more than 100 prototypes were made before it was commercialized.

Even after its release, Mizunoe continued to make improvements to the chair as if it were his life's work.
It features a simple structure with a molded plywood back and seat sandwiched between left and right frames.
The seat has a three-dimensional curved surface that conforms to the body, providing a comfortable sitting experience.

This is a long-selling chair that continues to be loved more than 60 years after its release.

Mizunoe Tadaomi
Born in Oita Prefecture in 1921.
In 1942, he joined the Maekawa Kunio Architectural Design Office and designed furniture for numerous properties.
We pursue furniture that is functional and suitable for mass production.
He always said, "A designer should create one truly good product in his lifetime, and that's enough."
