About Maruni 60 Maruni 60 was born as a new brand in 2006, when we participated in the project "60VISION," which aims to unearth simple, high-quality, and timeless items created in the 1960s along with the manufacturing philosophy of companies. The brand offers high-quality furniture that retains the original designs but has been improved by craftsmen to suit the modern environment.

Maruni Wood Industry was founded in 1928 as "Showa Bentwood Factory", and in 1933 it merged with Numata Wood Industry to form Maruni Wood Industry Co., Ltd. At the time, wooden furniture was considered something that was handmade by craftsmen, but with the motto of "industrializing crafts", the company is working on developing various technologies with the aim of "industrializing furniture through division of labor without relying on craftsmen's hands". Today, Maruni Wood Industry furniture is loved by famous facilities and companies around the world, including the United States.
