Ajiwai Nabe One-Handed Pot AJ-101 18cm One-Handed Kitchen Made in Japan Aluminum
Deepen the flavor of your everyday life.
Eating is a basic part of life, so please don't worry too much.
It doesn't always have to be complicated. Vegetables that are just boiled quickly are delicious.
That alone is already a wonderful thing. Of course, it's also great to put your all into it.
Making something with your own hands, eating it, and satisfying both your heart and your stomach.
You may discover a new favorite taste, or before you know it, you may become more sensitive to seasonal ingredients. Enjoying the richness that food brings in your own way, is what you want to do every day.
Bubbling, tapping, sizzling, crackling.
I want to continue to gently support the modest yet irreplaceable activity of cooking.
One such Japanese-made kitchen item is Ajiwai Nabe.
The Ajiwai Nabe is a maneuverable, 18cm one-handed pot.
The smallest one-handed pot, 18cm, is easy to maneuver on the stove. Even though it is small, it can be used for full-scale cooking, from rice cooking to deep-frying, so if you live with 1-2 people, you can cook 2 cups of rice with the main one-handed pot. We also recommend using it as a deep-frying pan.
